Our customers include hedge funds, family offices, and RIAs who run their most critical investment processes on the tools we’re building.​

We combine cutting-edge research in behavioral science and decision-making with thoughtfully designed interfaces to build tools investors trust and use every day. We live on the second monitor, open all day. The arrival of AI has been heaven-sent as it turns team collaboration, decisions, historical behavior, workflows, and deep context into amazing insights for a firm. Our mission is to provide the core infrastructure powering the highest-stakes decision making in investing… and eventually beyond!

The Opportunity

We are currently a remote team, with concentrations in Pennsylvania, California, and Seattle. This role is perfect for an engineer who relishes complex technical challenges in a fast-paced startup environment. We don’t have a lot of pointless meetings. You’ll be joining a team of passionate A+ players who will support you and challenge you to grow.  You won’t be a small cog in a big machine. Your work will have a direct impact on how the world’s best investors operate. You’ll also have a chance to participate meaningfully in the company’s upside through equity ownership, with additional incentives aligned to the company’s growth over time.

What You’ll Do
  1. Collaborate with teammates to design and develop our product.

  2. Engage in requirements gathering, technical specification, and the design and development of complex services across mobile and web platforms.

  3. Participate in the active development of an evolving product which will grow and change rapidly.

  4. Be part of a team of passionate engineers focused on building scalable and delightful products.

  5. Work closely with backend engineers on APIs, data models, and AI-powered features, with a frontend lens on usability and clarity.

Who You Are
  1. You have  experience working on a development team building web client and server applications.

  2. You have experience with Typescript, React (or reactive framework), HTML, CSS on the client a must.

  3. You have experience with server development, REST, Golang a plus.

  4. You have experience with cloud platforms and concepts is a plus.
